We’re celebrating Chinese New Year – the year of the rooster – with the help from our feathered friends down on the farm.
It’s going to be an exciting year for the roosters, who are going to get a new-look home as part of a £90,000 revamp of the farmyard – set to open in time for the Easter holidays.
On the subject of birds – don’t forget we’ve got the RSPB on site today as part of the Big Garden Birdwatch.
We’re keen to support the world’s biggest wildlife survey and encourage supporters to count the birds visiting their garden over an hour this weekend.
If you’re visiting DZG today come and visit the RSPB stand located outside the Tropical Bird House or if you’re at home and spot a bird you don’t recognise then why not tweet us a photo @dudleyzoo #DZGtwitcher and our experts will help you out!
