Well done, Louise!
There are double celebrations for Marketing Assistant Louise Curtis, as not only is today her birthday, but she’s also been named our latest Employee of the Month!
Louise, who has recently clocked up her 15th year working at DZC, was nominated for the monthly accolade for taking on extra responsibilities in the zoo’s marketing department.
Marketing Manager Andrea Hales said: “Louise recently worked additional hours to provide extra support to the marketing department while colleagues were on annual leave and her continued commitment is very much appreciated.”
Louise, who is currently busy putting together Christmas adoption packages and our fundraising Letters from Rudolph, was awarded a certificate and gift voucher as a thank you from the zoo’s management team.
We’re also sending congratulations to Carnivore Senior Keeper, Louisa Dorrington and Birds Section Leader, Nicola Wright, who were both awarded notable achievement awards.
