Huge thanks to DZG visitors for helping us achieve a TripAdvisor 2014 Certificate of Excellence.
The award reflects outstanding feedback and reviews from zoo visitors consistently left on the TripAdvisor travel website.
DZG CEO Peter Suddock, said: “This is a wonderful addition to our wall of accolades and recognises the excellent across-site customer services provided by DZG alongside ever-improving standards achieved by our new team.”
Theres always something new to discover at DZG; meet our 1,300-strong endangered and exotic animal collection and learn more about our vital conservation projects, chart our rich history through the 11th century Dudey Castle, at the heart of the zoological gardens, and explore our latest Tecton restoration project.
Above all we want YOU to have a great day out!
And that goes for baby meerkat Oleg, too, who’s always keen to meet new faces here’s mum telling him the good news!
Recent increases in visitor numbers – with a whopping 79,000 recorded for the first four months of 2014, that’s 22,000 up on the same period last year – demonstrate DZGs continued popularity.
President of TripAdvisor for Business, Marc Charron, said: TripAdvisor is pleased to honour exceptional hospitality businesses for consistent excellence. The Certificate of Excellence award gives top performing establishments around the world the recognition they deserve, based on feedback from those who matter most their customers.
