Three DZG staff members are celebrating after flying through a course in team leading.
Senior Bird Keeper Ben Vanes, pictured above with Team Leaders Kay Marson, left, and Aimee Udall, right, from the Gift Shop have gained Level 2 certificates in Team Leading.
The five-month course, run by Well Training & Consultancy Specialists, was supported by Heart of England Attractions.
DZG Curator Matt Lewis said: Ben, Aimee and Kay were all assessed on site over several months and all feedback on their performance was very complimentary.
Well Director Lianne Russell said: Congratulations to Ben, Aimee and Kay, I am delighted their hard work has paid off!
