There’s Christmas magic in the air at DZG . . . see Santa’s Castle Grotto, take a train ride past some of the world’s rarest animals and join our special Xmas show.
And don’t forget to see Santa’s very own reindeer in their paddock until New Year visitors can learn all about our herd during new talk and feed sessions.
Every weekend and weekday during the Christmas school holidays, there will be talks at 11.15am and 12.45pm at the paddock, which is located alongside our vintage chairlift on the Zoo’s upper level.
Presenters will also be showcasing antlers dropped by male deer, Hail, during his annual moulting season.
