As a registered charity, dedicated to conservation and education, we rely on support from our visitors and donors.

By fundraising for us, you will enable us to deliver the actions outlined in Our Conservation Strategy and Our Development Strategy, which function as roadmaps towards our charitable objectives and mission.

How to Fundraise for Us

There are many different ways you can fundraise, and we appreciate that you might be unsure of where to start, so we’ve put together this helpful guide – ensuring you’re supported every step of the way!

If you are at the beginning of your fundraising journey, we recommend that you request one of our fundraising packs. These are designed to help kickstart your journey. Once you have a plan in place – reach out to us! We would love to hear your plans, and we may be able to send further information or resources to help you along the way. Funds raised can be directed through a JustGiving page, or you can donate through our donations page/administration team.

Fundraising Packs

We have prepared three fundraising packs, each designed to support you on your fundraising journey. ‘Your Fundraising Pack’ is tailored towards individual fundraisers – those of you who are fundraising at home, with your family and friends, or in your community. Our ‘School Fundraising Pack ‘ is tailored to those who are fundraising through a school, and our ‘Corporate Fundraising Pack’ is tailored to teams who are fundraising through their workplace.

Donation & Fundraising Requests

We are able to issue a select number of admission tickets to local charities and community groups, to be used as prizes in raffles and fundraising initiatives. As a not-for-profit registered charity ourselves, we monitor the number of free admission ticket requests that we issue. To manage the number of requests for raffle prizes we receive, we have put the following criteria in place.

• Tickets will only be issued to local charities and organisations within a 30 mile radius.
• We only donate tickets directly to registered charities and local organisations, i.e., not to third parties holding events on behalf of other nominated charities or causes.
• Only one prize will be given to successful organisations in any 12 month period.
• Due to the amount of requests we recieve, only successful organisations will be notified.
• Please submit your request at least 30 days before your event, allowing us sufficient time to process your request.
• If your application is successful, you will receive two child tickets to Dudley Zoo. We do not offer family tickets are prizes.

Please complete this form and email it to us at admin@dudleyzoo.org.uk. If your request is successful, we will notify you by email. You will then be asked to send us a copy of this application form along with a stamped addressed envelope to enable us to post the ticket to you. Successful applicants will receive a ticket for two child admissions.
