Leasowes High School students are set to make a dramatic entrance at DZG on Saturday, July 12 with their open air performance of A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
Fifty teenagers from the Halesowen school will perform Shakespeare’s comedy in the courtyard of Dudley Castle at the heart of the gardens and ticket holders are invited to bring along a picnic to enjoy as they watch the show, which starts at 6pm. Ticket holders can arrive from 5:15pm and enjoy pre-show entertainment including face painting, stilt walking, and music. A barbecue and bar will be open throughout the performance. The audience will require their own seating and clothing suited to weather conditions.
