Visitors can enjoy a Close Encounter with a trio of snakes in a unique meet-and-greet package.
Three Brazilian rainbow boas pictured with keeper Sam Grove have recently relocated to the Reptile House and are ready to meet snake fans!
And to mark their arrival Marketing staff have introduced a bespoke Reptile Encounter.
Marketing Manager, Julia Lockett, said: “We have many requests for reptile encounters and the newly-refurbished Reptile House has given us an opportunity to introduce the rainbow boa meet-and-greets.
“The boas are three-years-old and are not yet fully grown, but they are stunning creatures with their iridescent shine.
“They have docile temperaments and are easily tamed, making them ideal for reptile fans to hold and touch during our new Close Encounters.”
Brazilian rainbow boas can grow up to 1.5 metres and can live up to 25 years in captivity.
DZG’s Close Encounters start from £50 for two (for ages 6+)
