Rainy day summer holiday offer!

We’ve got rainy days covered for the six-week holiday with our free return offer – although puddles provide great wet playtime for Sumatran tiger, Daseep!

If you’re already onsite during the school holidays and it rains constantly for over one hour, we’ll give you a return ticket to come back and see us for free on another better weather day!

Only pre-booked admission tickets purchased directly from the zoo’s website will be eligible for the rainy day return voucher, which will be valid until November 30, 2024.

If it does rain during your DZC day out, head indoors to explore our indoor attractions, including Lorikeet Lookout, Castle Creatures, the Reptile House and farm barn, as well as the giraffe house and indoor chimp viewing area, where you’ll also find our naked mole rats and leafcutter ants!
