New swinging platforms have been added to our black howler monkey and lemur enclosures and are proving popular with the primates.
The howler monkeys in particular, pictured above and below, are enjoying sitting and leaping on to the new wooden platforms built by DZG Upper Primates Keepers.
Senior Keeper Sophie Dugmore said: “The howler monkeys love the platforms and are enjoying exploring new areas of their enclosure.”
Another set of platforms has been put up in the mixed lemur exhibit.
