Are the Land Train and Fair on today?

We do not operate all of our Customer Service facilities everyday particularly during low season, please call 01384 215313 to check availability of service before you visit.

Do you have a cash machine?

We do not have a cash machine on site. Cashback is available at the main entrance when purchasing goods or admission tickets.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes all major cards accepted except American Express. Contactless payments can be made in our Safari Gift Shop.

Do you have baby changing facilities?

Yes, all toilets contain baby changing facilities and there is a microwave available for visitors use in the main restaurant for the purpose of heating up baby food.

Do you have a Changing Places toilet?

Not currently. Our nearest Changing Places toilets are located a 7 minute walk away at Dudley Town Centre, 256 Castle Street, Dudley.  Alternatively, Dudley Archive and Local History Centre, is also just a 10 minute walk from our main entrance at the end of our car park.  Changing Places opening times: Mon – Fri 9 am – 5 pm, Sat 10 – 4.30 pm, closed on Sundays.

Do you have lockers?

No, but you are welcome to obtain a pass out to return to your vehicle at any time.

What if I require a first aider?

We have fully trained First Aid staff on site. If you require assistance please report to the Queen Mary Restaurant or Safari Gift Shop or alternatively speak to the nearest member of Zoo staff.

Is there a Dress Code?

As we are an outdoor attraction, please ensure that your clothing is appropriate for the time of year and the current weather.  As the site is based on a hill, flat shoes are a must!

Coronavirus (Covid-19)

In response to the Covid-19 Coronavirus reaching the UK, please follow Government advice before visiting Dudley Zoo.

We would like all of our customers to be aware of the Coronavirus Covid-19 before visiting us to minimise any risk to our visitors and staff.

We are putting precautions in place and following advice from the Public Health Organisation.

If you have visited and recently returned from one of the areas where COVID-19 has been affected within the last 14 days we recommend you do not visit Dudley Zoo.  The advice is to call NHS111.
