New pocket guide

New for 2024, we’ve got a new guide book to compliment your visit to DZC, which has hit the shelves just in time for half term visitors!

The handy pocket guide, which is priced £4 from the Safari Shop or online on our website, is an ideal souvenir of your zoo day out, packed full of animal facts about some of our most popular species and a brief history of the 11th century Dudley Castle.

There’s also a fold out map to help navigate around the 40-acre site.

Younger visitors will love discovering more about each animal’s superpower and test your knowledge about our animals and their habitats in the DZC challenge, with the chance to win a family admission ticket.
