A mother and daughter celebrated their milestone birthdays together with a memorable experience at DZG.
Sarah and Natalie Howdle, from Cannock, became Zoo Keepers for a Day to mark their respective 50th and 21st birthdays.
As well as being jumped on by the cheeky boys down in Lemur Wood, the girls also got up close to tapirs, giraffes and penguins and loved every second!
Sarah, said: “There was not one thing that we can say that we didn’t enjoy.
“The staff were great, very well informed and knew their stuff. Every question we threw at them they could answer. We both thought the keepers were very committed to their jobs and love the animals very much.
“We had the best day and will talk about it for a long time to come.”
