Lockdown rocked!

Lockdown rocked for DZC Graphic Designer, Rachel Lane, who spent the time hand painting eight rocks with some of our most popular animals.

And visitors are being offered the chance to bid on the exclusive indoor ornamental keepsakes in aid of our Covid-19 Animal Care Fund during a week-long online auction on our Facebook page, starting today until Monday, December 14.

Each rock, meticulously hand drawn with mix medium and finished with varnish, will come with a DZC branded jute bag and a certificate of authenticity, signed by Rachel, making a fabulous Christmas gift or a treat for yourself!

 

• We’ll post the rocks in individual posts on our Facebook page – @dudleyzoo, with a minimum bid price of £30.
• To bid, comment on the relevant photo with your highest offer.
• The auction will finish on Monday December 14 at the time stated on each lot.
• The person with the top bid at the auction’s close will be contacted via Facebook and asked to pay over the telephone or in person at the zoo.
• All rocks must be collected from the zoo.
