Kings and Queens at DZG

Hundreds of under-fives raided the dressing-up box to join our Kings and Queens picnic parties at DZG this week.

underfives6Youngsters from across the region had a chance to meet costumed characters Fifi and Friends along with DZG’s very own Jambi Tiger in the courtyard of Dudley Castle at the heart of the zoological gardens.

Activities throughout the action-packed days (yesterday and today) included fancy dress parades, themed animal talks and feeds, face painting, story telling and puppet shows.

DZG Marketing Manager, Julia Lockett, said: “Everyone had a fantastic time, there were some wonderful costumes and everyone in fancy dress who took part in our parade received a medal.”
