To qualify, admission tickets booked in advance online directly from the zoo’s website, will be eligible for the offer which is valid from December 26 until December 31, 2023.

• The kids go free offer runs between 26th December until 31st December 2023.
• The offer only applies to admissions purchased at www.dudleyzoo.org.uk. Please ensure you choose the correct ticket from the options listed to qualify (adult with one free child ticket; or adult with two free child tickets).
• It is not valid for tickets purchased on the gate on the day or through partner discounted tickets or third-party sites.
• This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotions or vouchers.
• Excludes special events including Santa’s Grotto visits.
• A child is classified as 3-15 years inclusive.
• Offer has no cash value, is non refundable and non exchangeable.
• DZC has the right to refuse entry and withdraw the offer at any time.
