Jodie tops the list!

Congratulations to Senior Keeper, Jodie Dryden, who is our latest employee of the month.

The Lower Primates keeper was nominated by colleagues for her enthusiasm and eagerness in helping promote DZG by taking stunning photographs and videos of our exotic animal collection.

Marketing Manger, Andrea Hales, said: “Jodie was chosen as this month’s winner because she is always willing to help the press and marketing team.

“She set up and runs the zoo’s Instagram page, where she regularly posts quirky behind-the-scenes photos and videos and over the last few weeks alone her continuous stream of impressive and impromptu photos and videos of our animals enjoying the recent snowy weather have appeared in local and national newspapers, websites and on television and generated thousands of hits on our own zoo website and social media sites.”

For her efforts, Jodie was presented with a certificate and gift vouchers.
