While some of our animals can’t wait to frolic in the snowdrifts others are happily holed up in their internal dens.
But, of course, there are always a few exceptions who shouldn’t really enjoy the icy conditions, but can’t resist a quick peek outdoors . . .
Brazilian tapir, Ernie: “So, can I eat this snow stuff, then?”
Martin the meerkat: “It’s simples – I absolutely refuse to go out in zis crazeee weather.”
Daseep and Tschuna: “Remember that German folk dance we saw at Wuppertal . . .”
Asiatic short-clawed otters Judi and Lucy: “Hey, how cool is this, we’ll get our fish on ice.”
Bennetts Wallaby, Napooh: “I’m outta here.”
