Growth spurt for bunny babes

Six baby giant English rabbits, born at the end of June, don’t look very baby-like anymore!

Just over two months old the youngsters have tripled in size, but still have a long way to go until they are fully grown, when they will reach weights of around 15Ibs!

Keepers still have the babies together in the barn before letting them loose outside in the farm paddock when they are old enough, but have spent the last few days thinking up names for the sextuplets.

The babies have now been named The BFG, Teddy Gray, Maisie, Otis, Murphy and Sybil.

The baby bunnies have grown rapidly and look a lot bigger than                                       they did a few weeks ago – pictured above right.
