Santa stopped by DZG to make sure everything is on track for tomorrow’s official opening of his Sleeping Beauty themed-grotto at 10am by panto royalty.
Former Coronation Street star, Lucy Evans, who is playing Princess Beauty and West End actor, Oliver Watton, who is playing Prince Daniel in Sleeping Beauty at The Grand Theatre, Wolverhampton, will be on site to welcome Father Christmas into his Sleeping Beauty’s Magical Christmas Castle in the morning.
During his visit, Santa checked all the presents are wrapped and ready for distribution and he even tried out the magical train ride, which will bring children past some of the world’s rarest animals on their way to his grotto in the heart of the 11th century Dudley Castle.
If you’re on site tomorrow at 10am then come and welcome Santa and say hello to Princess Beauty and Prince Daniel in the castle courtyard.
Sleeping Beauty’s Magical Christmas Castle at DZG runs from December 3 to Christmas Eve and includes a magical train ride and glow in the dark puppet show.
All visits to Santa in his Castle Grotto this Christmas need to be pre-booked 24 hours in advance and tickets are going fast!
