Fab work, Fran!

There was fantastic news for Education and Conservation Presenter, Fran Lovell, who was named our Employee of the Month!

Fran was nominated by her colleagues for the work she’s undertaking with various bat projects, including working with different partners, including BrumBats as well as the organisation and hosting of our recent bat walk and talk events, which have proved to be so popular, we’ve added two more upcoming dates – including one on Halloween!

She was thanked by the zoo’s Management Team, who also awarded her a gift voucher and certificate.

We’re also saying well done to Customer Services Team Members, Sophie Edis and Chris Green, who were both awarded this month’s notable achievements.
