Terms and Conditions
Last Admission to come on site for Santa’s Grotto is 1pm each day
* Maximum of 2 Adults per booking admitted at £16.50 or £16.75 each each. Any additional adults admitted at £20.85 each.
**Adult and Toddler tickets – £15.50 combined price to admit two people – only available weekdays from Monday 1st – Friday 18th December. A toddler is classed as an under five.

Zoo admission is included in the above costs.
DZC Santa Express land train is subject to mechanical issues and adverse weather conditions.
Members – DZC Members – receive a discounted rate and can also book online quoting their membership number.
Group rates – available for groups of 10+ paying children – please call for details. Tel: 01384 215313
Group bookings – are only available for Saturday 28th November and Sunday 29th November. Weekdays from Monday 1st – Friday 18th December, so please call to book in early to avoid disappointment.
Please note – Grotto is closed on Monday 30th November, Tuesday 8th December and Wednesday 16th December 2026.
