Egg-stra special Easter!
Did you know it’s not just birds who lay eggs!
We have an array of egg-straordinary animals here at Dudley Zoo and Castle who lay eggs, who are not just the typical, feathered variety!
Join us from Saturday, April 12 until Sunday, April 27, when we’re inviting you to hunt out different oversized eggs, which will be hidden around the 40-acre site, to discover who they belong to!
There’ll also be the chance to hear more about some of our egg-laying species here at the zoo in our Presenter-led informative daily talks, which are running throughout the holiday.
Plus, visitors can stop by the Discovery Centre to see an egg exhibition, while there’s seasonal colouring activities for little ones in the farm barn.
Elsewhere on site, we’ll be unveiling a brand-new castle-themed playground for children to explore in the shadows of the 11th century Dudley Castle.
And don’t forget the 150 plus amazing animal species to discover, including our newest adorable additions – two baby wolverines!
