Staff had an early start this morning when they joined BBC WM’s tour bus in Dudley Town Centre.
CEO Peter Suddock (above, left) talked about regeneration plans for Castle Hill on Pete Morgan’s (centre) Breakfast Show and how DZG had pioneered the development, spending more than £1 million in the past five years of our own funds on on-site projects. And Curator Matt Lewis (above, right) talked about our 1,300-strong animal collection with some of the rarest species in the world. While over at ArtSpace Presenter Caroline Howard helped mural designer Maren Lilley make a start on our Sumatran tiger, Daseep’s head – which features large at the centre of the massive artwork. The WM tour bus will be in town all week so why not pop along to the Market Place and find out more – and don’t forget to call in on Maren and make YOUR mark on the mural!
