DZC covid update

With covid guidance changing this week, we’re still asking visitors to continue wearing face masks (if not medically exempt) in Lemur Wood to protect our primates.

Certain animal species are particularly susceptible to catching coronavirus and in addition to visitors to our one-acre walkthrough Lemur exhibit, we also ask all our animal experience and keeper for a day participants to continue wearing a face covering too.

Pre-booking is still being encouraged and hand sanitising stations will remain around the 40-acre zoo site for the foreseeable.

We also kindly continue to ask if anyone is displaying covid symptoms to leave your zoo visit to another day!

Thank you for your continued understanding as we continue to keep our animals, staff and visitors safe and well.
