Death of Nidara

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our baby snow leopard cub, Nidara.

The 11-week-old cub died this morning in the presence of DZG staff and the zoo vet.   There had been no previous indication there was anything wrong with the youngster and we are currently awaiting the vet’s report.   All staff are immensely upset by this tragic event.
