We’re celebrating the sixth birthday of Carpathian lynx, Daisy today!
As a birthday treat, big cat keepers doused a hessian sack in a brand new scent and filled it with some of her favourite goodies before attaching it to a branch in her enclosure for her to discover and explore.
Senior Keeper, Sarah Evans, said: “Daisy loves chicks, so we hid a few inside the sack, which was stuffed with used straw bedding. I then sprayed it all over with a new scent for her to sniff out.
“And it didn’t take her long to investigate and she soon got to the birthday goodies inside.”
