Creatures go to school!

Members of Milking Bank Primary’s after school club had a really wild time when some of Dudley Zoo’s animals arrived in their classroom.

The youngsters from the school in Aintree Way, Dudley, got up close and personal with a blue-tongued skink called Loki, a fancy rat named Ace, a chinchilla called Muffin, a ferret named Shadow and Malagasy hissing cockroaches Marie and Pierre.

“They all got involved and stroked the animals although I would have to say the girls were a bit braver than the boys when it came to handling the cockroaches!”
