Abby’s Employee of the Month!

Customer Services Team Member, Abby Staniland, received some amazing news when she was named our Employee of the Month!

Abby was put forward by Retail Manager, Isobel Blackwell and Zoo Manager, Matt Lewis, after we received wonderful feedback about her from the parents of recent Little Zoo Keeper experience participants.

Isobel said: “It’s always lovely to receive great feedback from visitors, but it’s especially lovely to hear when it’s praising someone from your team.”

Abby received a certificate and gift voucher from the zoo’s management team in appreciation of her efforts.

We’re also saying well done to Customer Services Team Member, Katie Ellis and Education Presenter, Frances Lovell, who received this month’s notable achievement awards.
