We’re getting ready for a spook-tacular Hallowe’en half term at DZG.
With creepy critter encounters running every hour from 11am 3pm and daily ghost walks at 1pm and 3.30pm, there’s plenty of fang-tastic fun to entertain all ages including the chance to win an adoption for Raptor the red kneed tarantula, by taking part in the fun and games on the farm.
Media and Communications Officer, Rachel Hickman, said: “Make sure you visit our Hallowe’en decorated Discovery Centre and farm barn to take part in spooky-themed arts and craft activities as well as having the chance to come face-to-face with some creepy creatures, including snakes, spiders, rats and cockroaches during the meet and greet encounters.
“Presenters will also be leading additional ghost walks around the 11th Century Dudley Castle, where visitors will be able to find out about the people who once graced the castle’s cobbles and that’s all in addition to the daily talks and feeds across the site.”
SCARY STUFF: Presenter Pam Midwood gets into the Hallowe’en spirit with a little help from Brazilian rainbow boa, Raleigh.
