A roaring time

Members of Shirley Lions Club had a roaring time hearing all about life at DZG. 

DZG Registrar and Research Co-ordinator, Dr David Beeston – pictured above – was guest speaker at their monthly meeting at Solihull Municipal Sports and Social Club, where he led a power point presentation and answered questions about Dudley Zoo’s past, present and future.

Dr Beeston, said: “I covered the zoo’s 77 year history as well as outlining our future plans, which they all seemed really interested to hear about.”
