Giant dwarfs DZG's giant!

DZG’s giant English rabbit, Otis, was dwarfed by a real giant at the launch of Wolverhampton Grand Theatre’s forthcoming Christmas pantomime. Stars visit the zoo!

Panto stars Joe McElderry and Lucy Kay enjoyed some free time meeting the animals at DZG. The musical pair who are currently appearing in Aladdin at The Grand Theatre in Wolverhampton had a fun morning touring the zoo site and spotting our animals alongside dancer Katrina Ridley, before they headed back for the matinee performance. Cecil joins panto launch!

Cecil the Sinaloan milk snake had a starring role in the launch of Wolverhampton Grand Theatre’s forthcoming Christmas pantomime. The colourful VIP took his place in the official cast line-up for this year’s show, Aladdin, and quickly made friends with the stars – especially actress Lisa Riley who took a particular liking to the friendly reptile!
