Standing tall for Marie Curie

DZG’s Rothschild giraffe, Kubwa, stood tall to help raise support for Marie Curie’s Great Daffodil Appeal.

The campaign, which runs throughout March, raises money and awareness for the terminal illness charity through sales of daffodil pins.

Fundraisers will be collecting in Stourbridge town centre on Saturday, March 11 and Dudley on Saturday, March 18 and the charity are also appealing for volunteers to help with the drive.

DZG Media and Communications Officer, Rachel Hickman, said: “Marie Curie carry out wonderful work providing care and support for people living with terminal illness and their families.

“We were happy to help them raise awareness for the campaign and wish them well with this year’s Great Daffodil Appeal.”
