All credit card details are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988.

Complaints and Cancellation
Due to the high level of customer care Dudley Zoological Gardens provides, complaints are rare. However, we do take complaints very seriously and have strict procedures in place to ensure that they are dealt with fairly and effectively. If you encounter any problems or require any advice regarding your purchase, please contact us. We regard the satisfaction of each and every customer as central to our business and will always give any complaint the highest priority. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
