Returns policy
At Dudley Zoo we pride ourselves on the quality of our service, and always endeavour to meet the high standards we feel our customers deserve. We pack the goods you order with care so that they arrive in pristine condition.

If for whatever reason a product needs to be returned, we offer a 'no quibble' returns policy as long as goods are returned in the same condition as they were received, in a saleable condition and in their original packing within 14 days of receipt.

Please let us know the reason for return on an accompanying letter. You will be given a choice of receiving a replacement item, or a refund. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, being sent. In this instance we will also ensure that the recipient is fully reimbursed for the postage costs incurred in returning the item.
