Delivery
Goods are usually despatched within 3 working days of receipt of your order, often sooner. Goods are usually sent by Royal Mail second class post (taking approximately 3 days). Please note if you wish to order gifts in time for Christmas, the last order date for Christmas 2008 is December 19th.

Postage and Packing
We charge postage and packing as follows:

Orders for UK delivery have a delivery charge of £2

Orders for Europe delivery have a delivery charge of £3

Orders for delivery outside the EU have a delivery charge of £4

NB Be a Keeper, Memberships – Delivery free of charge

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
