Delivery
Goods are usually despatched within 3 working days of receipt of your order, often sooner. Goods are usually sent by Royal Mail second class post (taking approximately 3 days). Please note if you wish to order gifts in time for Christmas, the last order date for Christmas 2007 is December 18th.

Postage and Packing
we only dispatch goods other than Adoptions to the UK mainland and we charge postage and packing as follows:

Orders under £20 have a delivery charge of £2

Orders over £20 have a delivery charge of 10% of the order value

All orders over £20 are sent recorded delivery at no extra cost.

NB Adoptions, Be a Keeper, Memberships – Delivery free of charge

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
