Lemurs leave

We’ve said goodbye to three lemurs who have gone to join a new animal collection in York, but said a brief hello to a familiar face!

Black lemurs, Florence and Kagani, as well as collared lemur, Fred, have joined Askham Bryan Wildlife and Conservation Park and were collected by park manager, Caroline Howard – a former DZG Presenter (pictured far left).

Caroline, who spent two years working in our education department and left in 2014, also arrived with a male Tokay Gecko who has already joined our resident girls in the Reptile House.
