Are the Land Train and Fair on today?
We do not operate all of our Customer Service facilities everyday particularly during low season, please call 01384 215313 to check availability of service before you visit.

Do you have a cash machine?
No, but cashback is available at the main entrance when purchasing goods or admission tickets.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes all major cards accepted except American Express

Do you have baby changing facilities?
Yes, all toilets contain baby changing facilities and there is a microwave available for visitors use in the main restaurant for the purpose of heating up baby food.

Do you have lockers?
No, but you are welcome to obtain a pass out to return to your vehicle at any time.

What if I require a first aider?
We have fully trained First Aid staff on site. If you require assistance please report to the Queen Mary Restaurant or Safari Gift Shop or alternatively speak to the nearest member of Zoo staff.

Do you hire child buggies?
Yes, we have Little Tykes cars to hire from the main entrance.
