Visitors Code

• Please do not feed the animals and help us to keep our animals healthy

• No dogs allowed other than assistance dogs (please call prior to visit)

• No cycling, rollerblades or rollerskates

• You can ask for a passout to return to your vehicle

• Please ensure you wash your hands after any form of contact with any animal

• Please keep children safe, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times

• Do not go beyond any barriers, climb or stand on any walls or enclosures– remember you are looking into an animals home so please do not bang on the glass.
