4.30pm on weekends and school holidays

Toilets
Located at the Information Centre (main entrance), Grey Lady Tearoom, Queen Mary Suite and Monkey Tails. Baby changing facilities are available in all toilets.

First Aid
We have fully trained First Aid Staff on site. If you require assistance please report to the Queen Mary Restaurant or Safari Gift Shop. Alternatively contact the nearest member of Zoo Staff.

The Zoo Grounds
The zoo grounds will close at 6pm, please make your way out through the turnstile exit gate at the main entrance.

Visitors Code
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Please do not go beyond the barriers, climb or stand on any walls or enclosures.
Remember you are looking into an animals home so please do not bang on the glass.
Please do not feed the animals and help us to keep our animals healthy.
Please ensure you wash your hands after any form of contact with any animal.

Any photographic images taken on the grounds can only be used for personal use and not used for promotional or commercial activities without prior permission.
